A Wellness Foodie Staple: Creamy Vegan Avocado Mouse

Everybody loves a good chocolate avocado mousse. And this recipe is my favorite!

The addition of rose, in combination with the cacao + avocado, makes this recipe an antioxidant, alkalizing rich dessert that offers protection against oxidative stress, balance for the mood + emotions (hello best dessert for easing PMS), love for the digestive tract and moisture + nutrients for the skin. Not only that, but cacao + rose are major heart openers + aphrodisiacs…serve this to your lover and it’s sure to lead to bliss. ;)



3 medium sized ripe avocados

1 cup light canned coconut milk

2 heaping tbsp. extra coconut oil

1 tsp. vanilla extract

2 heaping tbsp. by erika elizabeth rose

1/3-1/2 cup raw cacao powder

pinch of pink mineral salt

1/3 cup of pure maple syrup (more or less to taste) - option to cut sweetener with pure liquid stevia drops


Add all ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a container and refrigerate for 2+ hours before serving. Top with more by erika elizabeth rose powder.
